    Thank you for reporting this. We are not able to reproduce it. Can you please provide the following details that will help us debug:

    1. What version of the plugin are you using?
    2. Is this an upgrade or a fresh installation of the plugin?
    3. What browser and version are you using?

    Fresh installation of the latest plugin on the latest WordPress. Chrome 64 bit the latest version. Hope this helps.

    We just tested your same environment, and still cannot reproduce it. Can you please provide step-by-step directions of how to reproduce the problem?

    I had the exact same problem this afternoon trying to install StockDio on the latest version of WordPress using both Chrome and Microsoft Edge browsers. As the original poster wrote, the settings kept refreshing and I was unable to enter my app key.

    I found the solution, however, which was to disable Jetpack while updating the settings, then reactivating it again afterwards. I don’t know why Jetpack has this effect on the StockDio settings page, but it did the trick…

    We have made a change in version 1.3.8 that should fix this problem. Please let us know if you see the problem continues to happen.
