    Hi

In wordpress multisite, in the admin, the “Add New User” form doesn’t allow administrator to choose himself the password when he is registering a new user.

Does anyone know a way or a plugin to do this?
i need to set personnalised passwords and don’t want future users to manage any registration process.

    thanx

Site Admins don’t have access to edit passwords, because user accounts are network wide, not per-site, and the password would affect all sites on the network.

Seeing as users have to click to accept their registration anyway, why does it matter if they get their password emailed?

    hi mika
it’s a particular case – a very private hotel service who send “personnalized” passwords to it’s future clients – the users need access to all the websites (hotels) and cannot register by themselves.
btw i found a solution with the plugin “Add Multiple Users” which allow admin to set the password registering a new user.
    have a good day
