Logic tells me that there should be a way to set up the various permissions for each membership, but I cannot find where to do this. The logical place would be on the same page that you set up the membership levels, but they are not there. My memberships are not that complicated, some people can sell stuff in multivendor store, some cannot. Some can access all buddypress features, some cannot.

Where in world do I set this and why isn’t right out in the open where it can be found easily? It seems to me that this is something everyone needs to do when setting up memberships. Or does this take YET ANOTHER plugin?

    Hi Tamie,

It is hard to be 100% not seeing your site, but I’ll do my best to help.
#1 you must run the PMPro – BuddyPress integration Plugin for these 2 to work together.
    https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/pmpro-buddypress/
So, I’ll assume that is running.

You will first need to setup up permission under the plugin’s settings:
Memberships > PMPro BuddyPress – Paid Memberships Pro – BuddyPress Add On Settings.
(There is a link on the page also for documentation)
And then by each Membership Level. You should see the option on the level page. “BuddyPress Restrictions.”

I don’t know what you are running a “MultiVender Store” with. Is this another plugin?
If it is not the default post, pages, or media, it’s likely considered a Custom Post Type. We do have a Custom Post Type plugin on Github or you can hire a developer to connect them.

I do hope this helps you get started.
