Setting Prioirty of Categories more than posts

WordPress version: 3.5.1 (latest)
WordPress SEO version: 1.4.3I want to set priority of my categories more than posts and attachments in sitemap. Acually i want to list my categories in two blocks containing links in Google search, this time it displays some posts and even attachment pages there.
How can i do this?
