  • Hi @adrianvatavu,

    From what I understand, you’re struggling to find the option to show your fixed shipping cost of 10 euros that you’ve set up. You’re running a website within a multisite, using Oxygen Builder as a plugin builder and the Twenty Twenty-Two theme, correct?

    Based on your description and the screenshot you shared, it appears the ‘Enable the shipping calculator on the cart page’ option isn’t visible. Let’s work together to fix this problem:

    1. Update your plugins and themes: Make sure all your plugins, themes, and WordPress itself are up to date. This is important because outdated versions can cause compatibility issues.
    2. Check for plugin conflicts: Deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and see if the issue persists. If it doesn’t, activate the plugins one by one to identify the culprit. Here’s a handy guide on testing for conflicts: ?? How to Test for Plugin and Theme Conflicts.
    3. Look for JavaScript Errors: Occasionally, JavaScript errors can stop certain elements from loading correctly on your site. You can spot these errors using your browser’s console. Here’s a guide to help you do just that: ?? Using Your Browser to Diagnose JavaScript Errors.
    4. If you’ve added any custom codes to your functions.php file related to WooCommerce, consider removing them temporarily to see if it solves the problem.

    If these steps don’t work, would you mind sharing your site’s System Status with us? This will give us a better understanding of your site’s setup and help pinpoint the issue. You can access it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.

    Also, if there are any fatal error logs, it would be great if you could share those with us. They can be found under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

    Once you’ve gathered this information, please paste it within a Code block in your reply, or use https://pastebin.com to paste it and share the link with us.

    Thank you for your patience and cooperation! We’re committed to helping you resolve this issue.

    1. Update your plugins and themes, made;
    2. Check for plugin conflicts, made without conflicts;
    3. Look for JavaScript Errors, no error;
    4. No one code into function.php file…

      I deactivate all plugins and activate once, search custom cude, opened from 2 different browsers…
      – From Edge no on problem
      – From Chrome => CONSOLE
      I created a new website and intall only oxygen builder and woocommerce and the option is visible… ??

    Hi @adrianvatavu

    I created a new website and intall only oxygen builder and woocommerce and the option is visible… ??

    I understand that on the new website, the Shipping Options are visible.

    Can you please try to follow the steps below and see if this resolves the issue?

    • Clear all transients under WooCommerce > Status > Tools
    • Have your host purge the site/server cache
    • Clear your browser’s cache or try another browser or in incognito mode and see if that works

    Otherwise, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

    I exported the site out of the multisite and now you see the shipping costs option in the cart… but it doesn’t add them ??

    I created two shipping rules

    1. fixed rate
    2. free shipping if you spend at least 50 euros

    Under no circumstances do I see shipping costs in the cart.

    Hi @adrianvatavu,

    I found the problem, who insert the products setted them like virtual products so the shipping was disabled.

    I’m glad to hear that you’ve found the issue! Setting products as virtual would indeed disable the shipping options, as virtual products are typically services or digital goods that don’t require shipping.

    Just to clarify for future reference, if a product needs to be shipped, it should not be set as a virtual product in WooCommerce.

    I’ll go ahead and mark this thread as resolved. However, if you ever have more questions or issues in the future, don’t hesitate to kick off a new topic.

    Hope you have a fantastic day!
