Setting Show in all pages not working in the latest version (1.5.7 and 1.5.8)

  • Hi, we have recently updated the plugin but “Show in all pages” option not working. I can’t set it On and Off.

    Also, if I try to select the particular pages to show the popup, it also doesn’t work.

    The page gives ypop_frontend_var is not defined in the browser console.

    try to see if the the default popup is set and enabled, then try to save the settings.

    Thank you for your response. We have already selected the default popup and tried to enable Show on all pages but it is still not working.

    Hello,
    I’ve tested the plugin and all is working fine on my side.
    Try to reset the default options inside the panel settings.
    Change the name to the cookie variable and save the option again.

    Then inside the popup editor, try to disable it at first then enable it.

    Thank you for providing other options. However, it did not help fix the issues.

    I have recorded the screen and added the link here for your reference. All the toggle button are not working. Once it is set to No, we can’t set it back to Yes. They only change to Yes when we reset all the options.

    Also, after resetting the option, we do not get popup object. The object ypop_frontend_var stays undefined all the time.

    Hi @vivekshingala,

    Probably there is a JavaScript conflict with your theme or some plugin. Have you tried to use a default WordPress theme and deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and YITH WooCommerce Popup and check again?
    Let us know.
