Setting slide backgrounds

    Hi
    I am having a little trouble figuring this plugin out…
    1) On several of the Slide formats there is the option:
    “Background Default / none – Displays the default background for the chosen slide format, if any, or no background.”
    …How do I set the default background for “the chosen slide format” (whatever that is)?
    2) Is there any way to have text content displayed on a background?

    …Looks like a promising plugin but a little documentation woul dhelp!

  • Hi, I know I’m late with this answer and I don’t know if it is of any use for you now.
    However, you can choose a background image for your slides when you go to Slides in the Foyer menu, then select add new slide. There you can select an image for the background. If you want text in it, simply create a picture of your own in an application of your choice and add some text to it, upload it to the wordpress gallery and choose it as your background image. This should work.

    Hey @thewoosh,

    1. First select a slide format (for example ‘Text’), then select the slide background called ‘Image’. Now if you scroll down you can enter text, and you can select a background image.

    2. Yes this is possible, see 1 ??
