Setting the domain name and ID.

It appears my domain is being set as my parent domain, and not the domain specific site I am set for.
This can be seen at https://www.pasadenahabitat.org. As you can see, the domain name being set is different.
Both Analytics IDs are set, but only the main site domain is set. CAn this be set to the actual domain of the site being shown?
