Setting to Count Logged In Page Views from Customers does not stick

This has been going on for many versions, but if I navigate to Jetpack’s settings -> Traffic and expand “Collecting valuable traffic stats and insights”, there is a list of toggles under the heading “Count logged in page views from:”
Personally I want to track everyone but me (Administrators). “Customer” is not enabled by default. I enable it. It shows me a green notification indicating success updating settings. I refresh the page, the setting has reverted! I am not able to enable Customer page view logging, OR… there is a bug that does not reflect that it is not.. I’m not sure which.
