Setting to use URL shortener causes hang

For whatever reason top stopped working. I got it authorized again, and it tweets when I tell
It to, but if I set it to use a URL shortener it hangs. I get a blank screen, and nothing is logged. I’ve tried all the shorteners with the same result except bit.ly (no login)

Any ideas?
