Setting up 1st time

    Trying to set this addon up for the first time. I’ve created a show and added performance’s / dates/ prices etc …. and added the plug code to this page:

    https://www.hgda.co.uk/show-tickets/

    but it just shows me the one entry, no dates etc … and does nothing when I click ‘ADD’

    On the plugin overview page it does say this:

    Server Compatibility Error: Website Server has APC Enabled in PHP settings

    So I guess that’s the problem? Does this need to be turned off at the host end (hosted by Easyspace (anyone know how?)) and what effect does this have ?

    There are documented issues with APC. In the past this has resulted in invalid “Undefined Class” errors so, while I would recommend that APC is disabled it is unlikely to be what is causing your problem. Your ISP can disable APC for you.

    Entries to the “Shopping Trolley” are added using Javascript/jQuery and an error in any other plugin can potentially prevent items being added to the Shopping Trolley. As a first port of call I would try disabling each plugin in turn (I’d start with Page Speed) and see if anything changes. Then contact me via my contact page here and tell me what you have found out.
