Setting up Contact Form DB to Capture Just 1 of 3 Forms

  • How do I set up Contact Form DB to capture data from only one of the three Contact Form 7 forms I have? As soon as I try to select one of the 3 forms in the Dashboard under Contact Form DB I see this error message “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.” And this is when I’m logged in as the site administrator: It doesn’t seem to make sense. I didn’t change any of the Options. Should I have perhaps? Of so which one. It’s not obvious to me.

    You shouldn’t have to change anything if you are logged in as the Administrator. You should be able to see everything.

    I would suggest to re-install the plugin.

    If that doesn’t work, go to the CFDB Options page, select Administrator for all options where you can choose a role, then save.

    If you want to avoid saving data from other forms, there is an option to exclude capturing data from forms that you name.
