Setting up IPN in custom plugin

  • Is there any documentation or functions that I can use to help me setup and use IPN on a custom gateway?

    It’s very easy to create with WooCommerce.

    I have tried copying paypal-standard IPN verification actions and give-api, but nothing happens. What am I missing?
