Setting up iThemes Security, Fatal Lockout

Locked out while setting up plugin.
Tried to clear all lockouts per other posts.
Do not see IP in .htaccess
Disabling in Sync does not free up access.
Worried as I see many posts here 1,2,3+ weeks without answers.
Any suggestions?
