Setting up multi user weight loss entries?

Hi,

I’m looking to have a computer screen up in my gym with a web page showing on it on which members will be able to enter their latest weights which would then create an entry for that user without having to use the admin area or having to log in as that user.

It would look something like this:

Member name drop down
Weight
Custom entry

Would I be right in thinking the only way to do this would be a Gravity Form that would have a drop down of member names and have their User IDs associated to them?

This would then add the entry via the Gravity Form integration.

Would this be the best way and, if so, what set up on the Gravity Form would work for this please?
