I have read about categories and tags but can’t really digest it.I am having problem how to arrange them in order.I also want to have these categories(titles) arrange at the header of my blog so that whoever wants to read any post can just click and be taken to the post directly.
I am writing my articles basically on mental and physical wellness.
I would be grateful if I am helped.

Okay, so you need to set up a custom menu and add category items to it – see:

I just connected my blog with Bing webmaster, after verifying the site I was given some suggested inquiries, I decided to go for SEO analyzer and this is the result it gave me-

    High Severity Issue

    The <h1> tag is missing.

    Recommended Action:
Add a header to the page by using a <h1> tag and place it within the <body> of the page source. Example: <h1>A precise and descriptive headline for the page</h1>.

    SEO Explanation:
The <h1> tag is an indicator to Bingbot and web visitors of what the body copy’s primary theme or topic is. The <h1> tag reinforces the core keyword(s) found in the title, description, and the body copy. We recommend that the <h1> tag includes keywords that reflect the contents of the page and that it is not longer than approximately 150 characters in length.

    High Severity Issue

The description is missing in the head section of the page.

    Recommended Action:
Add a description to the <head> section of the page source: <meta name=”description” content=”Descriptive, keyword-rich text that talks about the page content goes here.”>.

    SEO Explanation:
Search engines may use the description provided in the <description> tag in the search engine results page (SERP). A well-written description that pertains to the content of the page and that is relevant to the searcher’s intent can help you increase traffic since it can help improve the click-through rate of your page in search.
I am totally ignorant of what to do about it.Please could someone help me?
    Thank you.

install seo by yoast plugin and watch one video on youtube on how to configure yoast (very simple to configure).
h1 title means heading 1 in your post, include keword in heading 1
