Setting up quotes to payment

    Hi there,

    First off, thank you for this amazing plugin.

    I am new to this and am trying to figure out a flow from requesting a quote to receiving a payment on my website.

    After a customer has requested a quote and have confirmed the amount via email, how may i send them a link with the amount specified for them to make payment?

    Hi Joy,

    Once the price has been finalized, you can edit the product price in WooCommerce->Edit Order page to the same.

    Recalculate the totals and then click on the Quote Complete button.

    Once the quote has been marked complete, a ‘Send Quote’ button will be displayed on the page. if you don’t see the button the first time round, kindly refresh the page.

    Click on the button and an email will be sent to the customer which contains a link to complete the payment for the order.

    Hi Pinal,

    Thank you for your response! I have an additional question please – the settings gives me an option to hide billing and shipping address fields. How can i add these fields back to the link that is sent to my customer to make payment?

    Update: I’ve figured it out:) btw, this plugin works wonderfully with sliced quotes! and they’re free!
