Setting up Slimbox plugin

I’ve installed Slimbox on my site, anthonydellcellars.com but nothing is working. I when to the developers site and it mentioned pasting some code into the header.php but it doesn’t say where.

Does anyone know how to set up Slimbox? or another plugin that will expand an image when you mouse over it?
