Setting up the site

I am trying to setup my site, and I have followed all the sets on: https://accesspressthemes.com/documentation/one-paze-doc/#!/installation
but it does not seem to render like the live demo, also a few options that your documentation says i should select aren’t showing on my menu.
Could you please assist?
