Setting up UM

  • Hi, I have installed UM plugin to my WP website and created the shortcode for a new Register page, but when I go to that page where the shortcode is the form does not show or open up in any way – it just remains blank. Any ideas what I have done wrong?
    I put it in the text display as advised.

    Once this is problem resolved, I assume I can simply link to the Register page by hyperlinking from Register in the menu and it will open the form? is that correct?

    Hi,

    Have you assigned the pages correctly in UM > Page Setup?

    Thank you Champ. I managed to sort it out by adding some css coding. I registered and then logged in using the associated UM log in page, but I cannot edit any of the options such as picture, settings etc. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thank you, John
