    Hello,

    Please advise:
    1. where can I set the blog_charset option set to UTF-8. ?
    2. My site is in Chinese and working good so far, How can make “Read more” feature works for article on a page and post? It seems the excerpt word count setting doesn’t recognize Chinese.
    3. How to install Chinese pack if it is needed for “Read more” functionality?

    1. where can I set the blog_charset option set to UTF-8?

    This isn’t related to your WordPress theme. It’s something you configure in WordPress (wp-config.php file) and in your database. This may be helpful: Converting Database Character Sets.
