setting woo commerce product category descriptions to show on the category pages

I’m using the latest version of WooCommerce 2.5.3 and a theme called Chandelier, it is attractive but the documentation and support is terrible, This theme doesn’t display the descriptions for Product tags (I need to display them on the URL/product-tag/tagname page) nor does it display the product category descriptions on the product category pages.

Please can someone show me the code to edit to get them to display?
