Setting year not works

    I have problem to set year in the expiration time using the classic editor.

    When I create a new post, everything is okay at times. Other times, the year is randomly set to, for example, 0567. It’s randomized…

    This screen is in Polish language, but it appears the same in any other languages.

    I saw a similar problem in the topic ‘Setting Year No Longer Works’ opened by @semrocc.

    @rizaardiyanto Unfortunately, I already deleted the posts that weren’t working and reposted them as new, so I don’t have any existing posts that aren’t working correctly in order to test that out.

    After 3 weeks of testing the hotfix plugin, unfortunately, the problem still persists. For over 2 weeks, the issue did not occur. However, for the past few days, we have noticed that the numbers in the year field are still setting themselves randomly.

    There is a workaround for the issue using the following scenario:

    1. Publish a post with the previously disabled plugin in the “Enable Future Action” checkbox field.
    2. After reloading the page, enable the checkbox; then the year will display correctly.
    3. Publish a post with the correct expiration date for the post publication.

    Environment:
    WordPress: v. 6.3
    PublishPress Future: v. 3.1.3-hotfix.568
    PHP: v. 7.4.33

    We have 3.1.4 RC 1 ready. Can you test it and observe if this issue persists on this RC 1 version?
