• Hi so far I’m hoping this plugin might fit the needs for our site. A few questions.

    1) Uploading photos .. is this creating a new media library, storing the photos somewhere else creating duplicates of photos. Or is it just selecting photos that are currently in the media library and using those.

    2) Is there suppose to be a notification if a user has already voted on an image already? What is the default settings for when a user votes, once per day, once per ip address?

As a side note, maybe you should create some videos or photos of settings and features. This plugin has a ton of features that words can’t explain, where photos would be better or a video.

Is there a way to turn off Thumbnail Cropping? It’s a hassle to adjust for every single photo that’s in a gallery.

Hi Sorry I did not get a notification about this topic and missed it. You can email me directly here https://www.fuelgallery.net/support/

When you upload an image, a new media library item is created. In the gallery theme settings, you can choose to use the wordpress media library small/medium/large image. Or you can choose a custom size. If you choose a custom size, new images will be added to wp-content\uploads\fuelgallery\resized

There is no notification if a user votes on an image. You can check the votes in the admin section -> voting, there is a list of the votes. You can choose how often they can vote in the gallery options.

Thanks for the feedback about the docs, I will add some more info here.

Yes you can turn off thumbnail cropping in the theme settings -> thumbnails tab -> cropping.
