    Evidently, when the support tech for my mobile website fixed a huge issue that kept my mobile website from being displayed, the support turned off my Really Simple SSL, so I have been setting it up again. My SSL is 93% fixed as of now.

    Two things:

    1. I read several of your instructional documents. One of them discusses “What are Frame Ancestors.” At the bottom of of the document, you state I should make sure the frame ancestors and X-Frame-Options match. Another document said to set X-Frame to SAMEORIGIN, which I did. Then the Frame Ancestors document says to make the frame-ancestors and X-Frame-Options policies match. I am not sure what setting in Frame Ancestors matches SAMEORIGIN. I have Frame Ancestors set to Self, and I still get the message I need to set it.
    2. Also, one of the screenshots I have attached states in the Status box that I have no HSTS header. I set the HSTS headers, and the message in the Progress Bar that earlier said I hadn’t set them went away. So…why do I still have a message in the Status box that states I have No HSTS header?

    After you’ve enabled these headers, there may be some forms of caching that still have to clear before the notices disappear from the Dashboard as well.

    Note that the “No HSTS header” in the SSL Labs tab displays the results from your last check, which seems to have been performed ~7 months ago. If you are setting the HSTS header now, we recommend performing a re-check; so that it can report the latest results.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
