The default settings are fine. Additionally, I always recommend to enable one setting that is not enabled by default: the .htaccess 301 redirect. This is the fastest redirect method.

If I activate that option should I disable “Enable WordPress 301 redirection to SSL” or can both be enabled at the same time?

Yes, that’s the one. If that’s activated, the request won’t actually reach the wp redirect, so that one won’t activate. You can deactivate the wp redirect, although there’s no actual disadvantage in having it active. It’s just not needed anymore.

So, it is better to activate “Enable 301 .htaccess redirect” and still have “Enable WordPress 301 redirection to SSL” activated, since it will not have any disadvantage, right?
