Settings are not saved

    Hello, I just installed the plugin. When I want to change a setting under “Meow Apps” -> “Renamer”, it is immediately undone.
    What can be the reason for this?

    Hi,

    I think the REST API is probably not working well; or maybe there are errors during the requests.

    Have you check your PHP Error Logs?

    Thank you for the quick reply.
    I use WP Cerber as security plugin. I have added “media-file-renamer” to the whitelist of the Rest API (also I have fully enabled the Rest API temporarily). Neither of these helped.
    The PHP Error Log shows no abnormality when I try to change a setting.

    Can you try to turn off all your Security plugins for a few minutes just to try? It’s unfortunately impossible to help you otherwise; those REST requests work fine, if they don’t, it means they are blocked by something, or that there is an error somewhere during the process (and you would see that in the logs).
