settings are not saving

    Hi there,

    I’ve jsut bought the pro-version to be able to use this option: ‘Show only one time based on cookie.’
    But now my settings are not saving at al.
    So I can’t save ‘Show only one time based on cookie’ or ‘Shows dynamically when a visitor goes to close your website (Show popup once)’.

    So it keeps popping op on every change of page. Thats horrible;-) We can’t use the plugin now. Please help!.

    Can you help? This is about the paid pro version. We would like to get it working (or refund, but I prefer a working plugin).

    I also bought the plugin and experiencing the exact same problem like Jitske. The reason i go Premium is for these features co’z i don’t want my users to be annoyed by the popup coming out every single page.

    Our solution is a completely different thing, so I don’t know if you can use it.
    We wanted to increase sales en don’t mis out on left shopping carts.
    We tried te exit pop-up + coupon code on order confirmation page. This seemed ok, but the popup kept on coming and we could not safe settings to show only once.

    So for now we use a abandon cart plugin.
