The settings area is not functional, everything is grayed out and cannot be clicked. I cleared the cache, deleted the plugin and reinstalled it and the settings still don’t work. Please help.

  • Hi,

Did you try clearing your browser cache?
(Right-click on the plugin page and select Inspect Element (keep it open) >> right-click on the refresh button of the browser >> Select Empty Cache and Hard Reload.)

If you’ve already tried clearing the browser cache and it’s still not working, we think that there could be a plugin conflict.

In this case, can you please give us your WooCommerce error log?
Go to WooCommerce >> Status >> Logs >> Search for the most recent WPFM error log and click on the View button and give this log to us.

    Let me know.

    Thank you.

Yes, I did all this. I tried to deactivate all plugins except Woocommerce, I tried to install a default template and nothing helped.
I tried to install the plugin on multiple websites where there are other plugins, different templates and it doesn’t work anywhere.
Now I have tried a completely new installation of WP on my next domain and the plugin does not work there either.

My error log in Woo is empty.
