Hi again. So on my dev site, I got the plugin working as desired (thanks also for including update on completed email).

So I went to install it on my live site. I had WooCommerce’s own shipping tracking plugin previously installed. I uninstalled that, installed yours. Go to “Shipment Tracking” setup the shipping provider, and it saves fine. Click “Settings” tab, click ‘Enabled a New Custom order status – “Delivered”‘ select “WooCommerce email”, it says data updated successfully.

However, when I then go to configure the delivered order email, there’s none that exists. I go back to the “Settings” tab in the plugin, and the settings weren’t saved and are all back to the original ones without anything selected.

This is strange. As on my dev environment it works, same plugins installed. The only different I can think of is that I didn’t installed WooCommerce’s shipping tracking plugin. But, surely with it uninstalled, a conflict of sorts isn’t possible? Another difference, is that I had installed an earlier version of your plugin first on my Dev site, which I then upgraded from to your newly released version.

Any idea what might be happening? I’m comfortable with running a manual query even to force enable the settings above (‘Enabled a New Custom order status – “Delivered”‘ with “WooCommerce email”).

Oh, and I’ve also tried in alternate browsers, but same thing.

It seems it’s a newer version issue.

In the previous version of the plugin, there was a “Save” button at the bottom with a lot more fields under “Settings”. I installed the older version and was able to save the settings. Then upgraded to the new from there.

I believe in the new version some of the “Settings” have been moved elsewhere, and the “Save” button is no longer there which properly saves the settings when clicked.

    Hi @scottbris
The new version of the plugin is using a customizer with preview for the design of the “display trakcing info” link (under settings, next to header), we removed the standard settings. try to clear your browser cache after you update to the newest version from your issue its a cache issue.

    Thanks @zorem.

Yep, that’s what I saw — but I didn’t hit “Publish” to save settings (?). Definitely not caching issue as this was a brand new install, and I also tried in a different browser.

In any case installing the older version did the trick, then I just upgraded that. But, installing a fresh install with the latest version I just couldn’t get it to save the settings (but, I didn’t go to the customiser and hit publish).

The settings options are Ajax, there is no need for a SAVE button, when you change them, it automativally saves and shows a save message in green.
    Thanks ??

I will maybe add a save button just in case so it will be more clear..

It does not save the settings. Not a cache issue.
is there a way to get Version 1.9.5.2 ?

Hi, love this plugin and it works great but i just have a minor problem with my settings whenever there’s an update. After each update, my previously saved settings are either unsaved or altered, and also new shipping providers are automatically turned on/active and moved to the top, anyway to prevent this so we dont need to double check all settings after each update and make sure our customers are always receiving delivered emails with correct info? Thanks!
