Settings author get stuck if you have many users

When a WP site have many users in the Edit Settings page on the field Author (Website Display Options) the list get stuck. I believe should be better filter the users by roles. Thus leave out all subscriber in that field, print just Super Admin, Administrator, Editor, Author and Contributor.
