    Hi

A client’s been having problems on one of their gravity form sites , it is a donation form which has worked fine in the past , but now the form is failing , we are seeing 5080 errors, so assume this was down to the encryption key being wrong.

The sagepay form payment gateway plugin was recently updated and the client noticed the encryption key , vendor details were blanked out. The incorrect key was added, this has been corrected, but we are still seeing the 5080 error and can only think it is related.

Is there anything that could be stopping that key from updating?

    any assistance greatly appreciated
    Thanks

I’m getting exactly the same errors.

The clients site has a lot of payments going through (or did!) but now of course nothing but a 5080 error.

I am experiencing exactly the same issues as the original poster.

    Hi there,

Well, I’m pleased to say the good old turn it off and on again solution =has worked!

I spent a very stressful day getting here though, but at least it’s sorted. I also bought (because I was in a flat spin) your plugin for WooCommerce.

Is that (paid for) plugin more bullet proof that this plugin, or is it just one of those freaky things that happened and there’s no reason to change the setup of the forms to make them more robust?

    Hi,

Sorry, but we don’t have a paid for plugin all our SagePay plugins are available for free on WordPress.

Still suffering the issues with my site unfortunately.

tried disabling plugin and removing, done this several times including removing sagepay add-on so the settings got wiped , but still no joy.

Supplied a login to support a few days ago so they could login and check, also sent a follow up email bt not heard anything yet , guessing you have no ticketing system with a public facing interface I could use to just ping support again ,don;t want to flood you guys with email, but client is getting anxious to get this resolved and hoping you guys can check the setup , even if it’s nothing obvious would be good to get a second opinion on this
