Settings changes don′t save

    Hi!

    I′ve installed WP-Live Chat by 3CX in January 2020. It worked correctly but after plugin update aprox 2-3months ago all the style settings I did don′t work correcty so I desactivete the plugin. Now I want to reactivate it but I can′t change any setting, when I click Save Changes and refresh the page previous setting reappear. I′ve already emptied catches, reinstalled the plugin with the newest version and the error still occurs.

  • Hi @wpdev3cx I have this problem also. I cannot save my settings after updating the plugins to the latest version. Im using WordPress 5.6. Can you advise? I did not catch any error in the console also. Can you advise what should I do. Thanks!
