    Hello team

    After enable departments in settings – fields, the new department menu is not showing in wordpress dashboard, is there anything else I need to activate to see this new menu?

    Hi @victorcalderon

    Thank you for reaching out, what is the Awesome Support version you are using? Did you save after CHECKING the department “Enable departments management.”. You should be able to see it under Tickets>Departments.

    If this is not the case, please share more information about your production and we will try our best to assist you.

    Because I receive no answer to my issue I had to swap the support plugin to a different system, Fluent support solved all isuues.
