Settings do not load properly

  • ok so I opened a ticket 20 days prior and no response , so commenting here out of desperation …

    Hello, recently bought the plugin and there is an issue similar to this comment (https://codecanyon.net/comments/9591253) I have been facing the same issue when i used it for free but never bother thought buying might fix it or something .. and I did file a ticket before how can I check that ? Messed up Interface on my Blog : https://img.drhack.net/pm/2UAL/Social_Locker_Setting_Error.html – although its same like the comment i shared above can you tell me what guide you gave them ? because of this i can not change any settings fully utilize the plugin…

    I just put the solution I sent you via email to make it available for other users:
    –

    Please try open the URL on your website:
    https://YOUR_WEBSITE/wp-admin/options.php

    Find the option ‘factory_css_js_compression’ and clear its value.

    Save the changes and check the locker editor again.
