Settings Do Not Save

    We have installed the ShareThis plugin and simply want to change out a few of the social buttons and their display location. The customization steps seem to work fine, but when I click “save”, a gray outline appears around the button, but nothing happens. When I check the live site, nothing has changed. So, basically, the plugin does not save any custom settings via the admin. I’m on a Mac and have tried unsuccessfully using a variety of browsers including: Chrome, Firefox and Safari. What is the fix for this issue? If the admin won’t work, can I make the changes via the files in the Appearance/Editor section?

    Can you provide the version of ShareThis you currently use as well as the version of your WordPress? Additionally if you can provide the URL to your website that would be great.

    From there we’ll be able to investigate a bit further to get to the bottom of this.
