Ok, using the latest version of WP 4.1.1., the settings pulldowns don’t work, they cannot be clicked or viewed.

Then, I see you raised the Pro/Upgrade price by an order of magnitude, what’s up with that?

Does this work with 4.1.1, if not, why do you allow it to be installed? Quick Cache worked fine with 4.1.1, it even shows it does on it’s plugin page.

So, you force an upgrade, saying you will not update Quick Cache, and yet you drop down in WP versions, and you raise the price by 10 times? Not sure I understand which marketing person got involved with that.

ZenCache is fully compatible with WordPress v4.1.1. The ZenCache settings and pulldowns work just fine on WP 4.1.1.We haven’t heard any other reports of that issue and I haven’t been able to reproduce this in my test installs.

It sounds to me like you have a corrupt browser cache (in which case clearing your browser cache and restarting the browser may help) or you have another plugin or theme conflicting with ZenCache (in which case I would recommend disabling other plugins and re-testing and activating the WordPress TwentyFifteen theme).

If you continue to have issues, please open a Support Thread.

We’re not allowed to discuss Pro products on the www.ads-software.com support forums. As per the WordPress Forum rules, only the free version hosted here on www.ads-software.com may be discussed. Please open a ticket if you’d like to discuss the Pro version.
