settings/e-mail notifications: number of attempts cannot be changed

    Hi,

    Settings/email-notifications: After changing the number of attempts to 1, there’s no way to change it back to another number.

    I’m having the same issue. Very frustrating. I thought it was after upgrading to WP 5.8.2. But seems like this was happening to you before that version came out. Thank you for posting this.
