• While trying to implement the card connect setup for payment, we’re running into two issues, I don’t know if they are related. (I’ve confirmed that the card connect settings info was entered correctly as provided.) We’re seeing “Payment error: A critical server error prevented this transaction from completing. Please confirm your information and try again.” during the checkout process. And while logged in to the WordPress dashboard, we see “Please check the WooCommerce CardConnect settings page to set up your CardConnect merchant account.” on the top of every page. Despite having completed the settings. I can’t find any additional information explaining why we’re seeing these, and can’t find any logged errors on the server side of things. Any assistance would be very welcome.
