Settings export/import

  • Hi,

    is it possible to export/import the settings of WP-Piwik? I have many sites in my network and I’m looking for a simple way to configure the plugin the same on all sites.

    An import/export functionality (or configuration templates) are planned for WP-Piwik 1.1, but this will take some time to be finished.

    If you are running a blog network, you can use WP-Piwik as a network plugin. This will apply all settings to all sites of your network.

    Otherwise, you can try to use a script to inject the options to your database. Just create a script to add all wp-piwik_global-* options to all your blogs’ option tables. This should do the trick.
