Settings fatal error

I tried to install FancyBox on my testing site. When I opened the settings I received the message:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_enqueue_code_editor() in … /wp-content/plugins/fancybox-for-wordpress/fancybox.php on line 480

I have deleted the plugin. Has anyone else uncovered this error? This is a testing site running very few plugins.
