Settings for click through pages

Hi there! I have two custom post types:

1. Members: These should not have individual detail pages. How can I ensure that the links or URLs for these members won’t appear on Google? The intention is for these members to only exist as a list on a specific page without any click-through or detailed information.
2. Services: These have detail pages and are clickable, which is what I want.

I’m not sure where to find the option or method to achieve this for the “Members” post type. So in short: how can I disable detail pages for the members so they do not show up on google.
