Settings for fixed picture position and size etc.

Hi,
We have many users posting on our page. I’d like to set fixed position and pixel sizes and caption formatting for pictures that cannot be overdriven.
We have tons of images on our page. How to centralized affect already published pictures for according to above mentioned settings.

Here’s what they should look like. Intended to the middle and picture widht 600-700 pixels. Virhon Helmi L?nsi-Uudellamaalla vuonna 2024 – Virtavesien hoitoyhdistys Virho ry
Atm, we need to manually change the caption color to black as default is kind of see-through mild grey. I’d like caption color to be black as default. Many thanks!
