Settings for forms do not show

Hello.

Just installed in a fresh, empty WP installation. Forms and PDF settings work correclty the first time I check them, but when I try to get back to each form’s individual settings, the page appears blank. The only way to see any settings again is to create a new form and then, the same problem.

Any ideas what could be happening?
