It appears that the new WooCommerce navigation experience has been enabled on your site.

To switch back to the usual WooCommerce navigation, you could go to WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > Features and uncheck the option for new WooCommerce navigation experience.

I am not sure about “Order Status Control”, could you confirm if it comes from a plugin?

I unchecked Navigation. It had this problem before when it was inactive. The problem continues even now. Probably, installing the Farsi WooCommerce plugin may have caused this problem. which I have deleted from my WordPress.

I understand you cannot find the ‘Order Status Control’ settings.

However, this setting does not come with the core WooCommerce, you may have installed this third-party plugin . You could check if the plugin is still activated in Plugins->Installed plugins.

If this does not resolve the issue, please send us your System Status: You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select ‘Get system report’ and then ‘Copy for support’. Once you do this, you can paste your response here.
