settings get cleared when page page cache is cleared

I have the latest wordpress and latest w3 total cache.
When I set up the caching on the general settings and the minify page and save, thats all fine.As soon as I want to refresh the caches by clearing them, all the settings then reset back to default.
Please tell me how to fix this?
