    Can you kindly confirm if the access keys are placed before this line in the wp-config.php file:

    /* That's all, stop editing! Happy publishing. */

    If the access keys are defined?after?that line, WP Offload Media will not be able to read them and might cause some issues.

    Please also try deactivating then re-activating the plugin to see if that helps with the issue.
