    I sent a support request about 24 hours ago, no response. I have paid for pro version.

    All of my settings keep disappearing. Each day.

    I’m getting a tiny bit sick of adding them back in each day. I will now try deleting the whole lot and starting from scratch.

    I hope to receive some response to the support request though, because this makes the plugin unusable.

    I am sorry, but the author cannot support you here.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
