Settings link’s not showing

    Hi, now I can not edit Settings of this plugin. In Plugins directory (installed) is not showing Settings link at plugin WooCommerce AdWords Dynamic Remarketing.

    There is only Deactivation link. If I want to display settings page – /wp-admin/admin.php?page=wgdr – there is an error with Permissions fail…

    Please, help.
