Settings Loop On Multi Site

Sorry to hear you are having this trouble. I tried installing Smush, network activating, to a demo multisite and was not getting the loop. It redirects me to the proper path “mysitedomain.com/wp-admin/network/admin.php?page=smush”

Could you verify if you have any type of access restrictions set in place?

Anything with caching that may be setup through an optimization plugin or theme?

Check if there is a possible conflict by switching theme and deactivating other plugins except Smush(would advise backing up first or doing this test on a staging/copy of the site)
